- We will organize item collection, issue a collection date and repair reference number for you.
- Ensure that the item is packed in an external box to prevent further harm and seal with tape. Write on the outer box ' Protrade ' followed by the Repair Reference Number.
- When collecting the products, obtain from the car driver a Proof of Return Note.
- Once the item has been repaired, it will be returned to the initial collection address unless we are advised otherwise.
